This was such an awesome day and event. This is the second year for the Wounded Warriors Abilities Ranch Alive Ride. Last year (2015) I was a participant and I cycled the 10 mile ride. This year, I had the opportunity to photograph the event and capture some amazing memories. I cannot wait for the 3rd annual WWAR Alive Ride.
I'm going to insert a small snippet from the Wounded Warriors Abilities Ranch website, just to give you a brief insight as to who and what they are.
"The Wounded Warriors Abilities Ranch and Park was founded in 2013 by Wounded Warrior Mike Delancey, a Pinellas Park resident who himself was critically injured in a sniper attack during military combat in Iraq and has confronted his own life changing injuries.
The Wounded Warriors Abilities Ranch will be built to inspire veterans of all conflicts to get OUT and ACTIVE.
The Ranch and Park will offer activities for all Military Veterans in need of a supportive and healing environment, to give them a new sense of hope, resilience and strength as they move forward in their journey." - www.woundedwarriorsabilitiesranch.org

This years event was just over 11 miles which started and ended at Quaker Steak & Lube on 49th St N in Pinellas Park. During the ride, we visited Pinellas Park Fire Station No. 33, Pinellas Park Elementary, Skyview Elementary, McDonalds on 102nd Ave & 66th St N, Cross Bayou Elementary, Morgan Fitzgerald Elementary, Pinellas Park High and Pinellas Central Elementary before returning to Quaker Steak & Lube.
Below are just a very small number of the photos captured during the event.
